This week I want to focus on four types of businesses that are doing very well in the current environment.

Second, the CNBC article, Amazon rivals thrive during the pandemic as shipping delays level the playing field by Lauren Feiner discusses how Lauren Feiner discusses how smaller e-commerce services have seen a boom as consumers scramble to find goods online. In addition, it mentions two local delivery services in New York City, that have seen a wave of new customers and been forced to rapidly expand their facilities to keep up with the demand.

Third, the Hoodline article Supply shortages, huge customer crowds overwhelm San Francisco's hardware stores by Alisa Scerrato describes how hardware stores have been overrun with customers looking to use the time at home to complete big renovation projects. Hardware stores right now are booming and are one of the best businesses to purchase in the current market.

Fourth, the NY Times article, Coffee is One Routine New Yorkers Won’t GIve Up by Sanam Yar mentions how the ritual of grabbing a daily coffee is one of the last luxuries New Yorkers are holding on to while social distancing.

And now it’s time for our listing of the week. This week, I wanted to focus on aprofitable, established and trendy coffee café that is located in a prime Manhattan spot within a predominantly residential part of the Financial District with heavy foot traffic. A clean, beautiful, light and bright interior await the next owner as the current owner spent $275k in leasehold improvements to get its current modern look
